It's always helpful to both lawyers and clients to physically see what another lawyer has done – something that has been specifically prepared for court and filed in a court proceeding. The contents box on the left lists actual precedents of all of the main types of Factums one would file in both a Leave to Appeal and Appeal at the Supreme Court of Canada. There are a total of ten actual Factums you can have a look at (and of course print as well). You can also click on "Representative Work" to get an idea of some of the files that our Lang Michener SCC Practice Group has worked on. If there are other precedents that you would like us to obtain for you, feel free to send an email: emeehan@langmichener.ca.
